I did sit down next to a young couple, outside one of the many Irish bars, and got chatting about the game. Then people came over and asked the guy for photos which he happily did. I asked his partner if I should know him and she said that he is Jack Rowan who is the star of A Town Called Malice. Who knew? I don’t watch it so not me. A real nice guy and mad Hammer. By the way, his partner is the daughter of Linda Lusardi. A great way to spend a couple of hours.

Chesney is out there with a mate of mine who set up our local brewery but is very seriously Ill and may not be with us for long. He and Chesney are great mates and he came down with his band and did a sell out concert free of charge to raise money to fund treatment. He’s a top bloke.
