  • Damn man city rota system, put in sterling as captain didn't even play. ;weep
  • Yes, brought in Alonso a couple of GWs ago (after resisting until Chelsea fixtures got better) and really struggled to choose between him and Azpilicueta at the time. Today told me I made the wrong choice! He looked like a fish out of water and is sacked as and when I go and do some transfer business. Sterling not getting any minutes didnt help either.

Was waiting for todays games to finish before I TFd anyone who gets injured it ( I was going to bring in Wood I swear! He got crocked as soon as I homed in on him lol )
  • Yes, you've caught 'em on an Average day ;wink WTG, we cant have average at the top of the league, what does it say about the rest of us ;nonono
  • Below Average ;lol
  • Sorry suz but this week I win in the h2h ;)

2 transfers all season and I am stunned by where in the league I am. Waiting for it to drop!
  • If I was allowed each week to cherry-pick my best players from my three teams (with hindsight) I'd be way out ahead.

    Sadly, I'm just sad.

Kane was my triple captain last week. Sold him this week to bring in Jesus ;doh and he reverts to scoring twice again. You're welcome Kane in your teamers ;weep
  • Not one of my big decisions have paid off this season, not one.....

Starting to feel like Bilic, don't think my players are playing for me anymore...
  • I had an ok weekend...
  • I had an ok weekend...

So did I until I checked my FF scores ;lol
  • Tossing and turning on whether to dump Mkhitaryan but there are hardly any replacements, I would have to drop down to taking someone like Pedro from Chelsea (not ideal) or throwing out Stones or Otamendi bringing in Sane and looking for a cheap defender which again I am not keen on. but with Man U vs Spurs I might just take the Pedro option.

Man Utd vs Spurs might be killer for me this week. that's 6 players I have in that 1 game. Thinking of giving the armband to Coutinhio or David Silva this week and hoping for a high scoring Man U vs Spurs game with Kane and Lukaku on the sheet or a boring 0-0 for Lloris, Jones and Trippier points. might even be worth taking a free hit and just transferring the lot out and throwing a bucket load of Chelsea and Liverpool players this week.

If you have a bit in the bank, consider Mahrez? Coming in to a bit of form, and their fixtures are picking up?

I'm looking at Richarlison, too. He's in my Draft team at the mo.

I'm waiting until after the Cup games, though. I just know if I make any transfers before that, they'll get crocked.

Oh yeah got to wait till Thursday to do any transfers. I was looking at the Watford boys they look really good Doucoure and Richarlison. That could free up some extra money to throw down on upgrading Bakayoko to a more attacking player.
  • Same Mrs Grey. Only reason I havent sacked some players is the worry the replacements will get crocked midweek ( at one stage yesterday I'd swapped out 5 players but didnt click the button ;wahoo )

Mkhitaryan seems to have gone off the boil from early season. I think Utd's decline goals wise has a bit to do with Pogbas absence ;hmm

Hes not scored anything in weeks. So, theoretically, whoever you replace him with can hardly do much worse (famous last words ;whistle )
  • I have three West Ham players in my starting line up, might be time to admit defeat

Bought in Richarlison from Watford for Mkhitaryan, gives me 2 mil spare, thinking if Lukaku doesn't get back on track I might change him out put Aguero in then drop Stones and bring in Antonio Valencia / Azpilicueta because of too many City players.

Was also thinking of possibly going back to a 4-3-3 instead by dumping Bakayoko if Richarlison works out and trying to broker in Rashford. ;hmm
  • Decided to put Kane in this week, after weeks of not having him.

‘Tottenham confirm Harry Kane will miss Saturday’s game with Manchester United with a hamstring strain’

    Sorry folks ;yercoat
  • are you serious -.-
  • I might just play my free hit. Kane is out and Man Utd vs Spurs is going to do me over points wise anyway.

I think I'm going to just shove a bunch of Chelsea / Liverpool / Arsenal players in for this week and hope Kane is back for the following week.
  • Wild card and Free hit used (maybe) in first 10 weeks (could be a long season for me)

    Lukerz ;fishslap ;fishslap ;fishslap

I was counting on Kane to score at the weekend and then you go and hamstring him. ;weep
  • I should shoulder some of the blame. I TFd Kane out for Jesus last week ( excellent decision as it cost me 4 pts to get 1 from Jesus when I could've had 16 from Kane!). So I wait until after the cup games to TF Kane back in just in time for him to be crocked! ;angry ;weep
  • Ok, that news makes my decisions a bit easier.
  • Coutinho injured YEP definitely playing that free hit now
  • going to hold off until this evening before I commit to the changes.
  • worked out I can get 9 transfers out of my free hit in my first 11 which is pretty good, only Otamendi / David Silva survive the free hit cut. So its a big 1 off gamble ;hmm
  • Counting on Chelsea / City / Arsenal / Liverpool to see me through this week.

you can change it as much as you like whilst free hit is active for that one week
  • adam, I think the answer is 'no'. As in, if you make normal changes then later decide to play your free hit chip, your 'reverted to' team next week goes back to the original 'before any changes' formaion.

Not sure what happens to a saved transfer though...

Maybe Baz can enlighten us ;hmm
  • Lloris out > Courtois in
    Jones out > Monreal in
    Stones out > Bellerin in
    Trippier out > Azpilicueta in
    Coutinho out > Salah in
    Bakayoko out > Sane in
    Kane out > Morata in
    Lukaku out > Aguero in
    Bakayoko out > Richarlison in

    no change David Silva

Lets hope this pays off ;biggrin
