    Me too - got a similar compo a few years back. (Mind you, it was some 3 years after the event. They thought I would go away, but I didn't ;biggrin )

    I'd much rather not have cause to ;ok

    BA said the delay was because of weather conditions, yet other airlines managed to land OK, so l phoned them up and they gave a different story to that from Funchal airport. Even better when l said I'd watched the flight circle in mid Atlantic.

    Oh well, perhaps, maybe, possibly it may just have been an itsy weenie technical problem ;lol

    I got rid of Lukaku 3 GWs ago. I have also got rid of Lukakus replacement since then. ;lol Just looked at my team and the player I replaced Lukakus replacement with (still with me?) apparently has an illness ;weep I cant remember a gameweek where I've not had injuries (always multiple), illness, a scandal, a wildcat strike or the plague affecting my squad! Its a wonder I dont make more transfers ;whistle ;wink

    After investigation, its tonsillitis... I instantly transferred him out without looking to see if my bench could cover the loss ( which it could! ) so admittedly an impulsive 3rd transfer of the week. I'll be blindly optimistic and say the 4th striker to replace lukaku (in 3 gameweeks) will score at least 2 to make up for the transfer points ;wahoo

    Both keepers are injured but I've already had to take a points deduction to transfer in enough midfielders. Think I'm going to leave the injured keepers, instead of taking a deduction.

    Oh shut up Baz ............. you've got me panicking now

    GK, Defender and midfielder. That's 9 extra points for a WBA clean sheet, and of course with your scenario my three cheslea players won't get bonuses either, but my WBA defender score helps.

    Well I was going to mention transfers as they're something I wouldn't resort to unless I was really pushed ;lol (btw I havent looked at your team but WBA do have some tricky fixtures in the near future... 5/7 games that will test the GK and defender ;whistle )
