  • I had it last year but don't remember having to pay for it ;lol
  • It was £1.49

I was obviously so annoyed at having to pay for it every year that I inflated the price. ;doh
  • Oh come on
You came out a Long time ago ;clown

Will be sorting out my team this week ;ok

I'll set up a H2H as well for anyone who is interested ;ok
  • ;wave me please

Do I have to do anything?
  • OK, set up.

    1533538-376115 is the code

Just use the 'Leagues' tab to go to 'create and join leagues' - put in the code.

I have called it, rather imaginatively, WHU606 Head to Head. ;lol

(Note, I am making it for site members only, but if you have a chum who is desperate to join in, let me know ;ok )

Ooh, it put me into the ordinary 606 league automatically. That's good.

(Ta, Rav, for sorting it out. ;hug I've added H2H to the thread title, too.)
  • I had Ayew in my squad but now he is a WHU player, I have four hammers - will I have to change one out?

This sounds like a question for the FF transfer expert Baz

    Or MrsG ;whistle

    Yes ;ok
  • Indeed I did - I might have been ok as the screen initially showed all four in c&b but when I tinkered with the squad it would not save
  • Nice #ninja Rav ;biggrin

The optimistic part of me put Ayew in my FF team before he transferred to us in the belief he'd come ;wink He was already a decent price but I thought he'd do better if he was a WHU player ( blindly optimistic I guess )

I realize Mrs Grey had already correctly answered the 4 from one team question, but I avoided having 4 Hammers from an early fixture point of view and Euro2016....

I figured Payet would be very popular (not a genuis to work that out) but, like other French players, he probably would not return til close to seasons start and perhaps would not be match fit for the opener(s). So I left him out ( ;nonono I know I know). Also, because we have some tricky initial away fixtures allied to Cresswells injury, i didnt put any WHU defenders in.

For me, Fegoulis 5.5M price is excellent value plus Carrolls 6.5M tag (especially when you're trying to balance the 100M + hoping he'll stay fit!) is pretty good too alongside Ayews 7.5M

I'm really going to try not to make my usual amount of transfers this season (80-100 LOL), well for at least a couple of weeks anyway ;hmm ;whistle ;wahoo

It's quite tricky not knowing who will be fit to start after their Euro exploits and with new signings, plus 'big team' rotation for European games, etc.

I've left Payet out too, for now, and put Feghouli and AC in ;lol

    Great minds think alike ;wink

I wish I knew more about Middlesborough ;hmm
  • Boro have a reasonable start to the season and whilst they have cheap defenders (plus kept lots of clean sheets last season) I think there's value elsewhere. That also goes for creativity wise with all their MF low priced for good reason. Downing being the easy one to pick out but at the same price as Fegouli... Negredo and Rhodes are their more recognizable forwards (6.5M and 6M) but price wise I'd rather have Burnleys Gray than either of them (not that I picked him) and our own AC. I gave Boro a wide berth.

;hmm I was attracted by their very easy start to the season. I thought there might be a cheap option that might value for money - either over the season or for the first few games while we see how things are shaping up with the better clubs. They had a good defence last year.

From the bit I read about them, though, they've signed quite a few new players so it isn't clear who will be trusted to get game time from the off.
