  • @Lukerz, Quite a few thought NES would keep us up. What incriminating evidence has Pablo got on Nuno?
  • So sorry for everyone, this hurts harder than previous ones I have been through for some reason. Maybe it's the Spurs thing or the belief we were going to survive when we went two points clear.

We'll carry on next season as we always do as fans, a whole new dynamic, winning more (hopefully) some new players to get behind and a new era begins.
  • We will go again

    And without VAR in sight.....COYI...
  • Very tough week in my household, and apologies, but today I view more with dismay as I am still having to come to terms with a death in my family so my level of upset is some what diminished. Other clubs manage to find a manager no one has heard of to bring about success and it's about time our owners tried a bit harder to bring one to our club. Pay some compensation and get one like the Hull City or Middlesbrough got for example.
  • Sorry for your loss Fortune
  • Condolences Fortune
  • Sorry Fortune.

    Puts football into perspective
  • Sorry to hear your sad news Fortune...
  • Condolences to you and your family Fortune.
  • So sorry for your loss Fortune.
  • If Burnley and Wolves added their total points together as one team they would still have been relegated !
  • Watching Sky interview with Josh Kroenke talking about Arsenal being a demanding part of "the franchise" made me raise my hate level of gooners off the scale. >:)
  • Condolences Fortune…for today’s game I was only able to watch the game in bits and pieces as we were finally able to pick our granddaughter up from hospital where she has been for the past two weeks.

Watched the second half from the reception area of an outpatient clinic whilst my better half was being trained on the meds regime.

It was somewhat amusing as the people behind the desk handing out visitor passes and the staff at Dunkin’ Donuts both wished me all the best as I was wearing my shirt.

  • Thank you for all the comments. I’ll be back posting non sensical stuff soon enough 😁. I hope everything is ok with your granddaughter chicago

Chicago ,hope your grandaughter will be okay
  • Thank you - she is certainly pleased to be out, I think it was getting pretty old
  • Sending good wishes to your families, Chicago and fortune.
  • What's hard is it wouldn't have just been survival, we could have relegated Spurs and we blew it.
  • I think I must accept some element of blame here…I distinctly recall endlessly teasing my Sunderland supporting son (who quite understandably wanted their latest shirt) why he would want the relegation shirt….

    boy did that age well
  • Am so sorry for your loss Fortune
And I hope all is well with your daughter Chicago
    ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹
  • Greetings from a very hot Marrakesh.
Yesterday I couldn’t find a tv, stream or even radio to get the game and had to make do with updates on the BBC sports page, you can imagine what that was like.
Now that reality has kicked in I find myself weirdly quite looking forward to next season. There’s obviously going to be some major activity this summer but when the new season rolls around it’ll still be West Ham and we’ll still be behind them.
So yeah after feeling horribly flat last night this morning the old Slacker is back once again propping up the bar in the Positive Arms.⚒️
  • Very best wishes Fortune and Chicago.

Wish I could share your positivity, but I see nothing to look forward to. Most if not all of our best players will go, I fear we'll struggle hugely to be involved in the race for promotion and very much doubt we'll come straight back up, and even if we do it will be with a far weaker squad than the one we've just been relegated with.

  • Our first day as a championship club ,It sucks and I don't like it .,........But we will rise again .Just not sure when
