    After this, and then winning again just 5 years later, I thought we'd always be winning stuff regularly. Oh well.

    Same here, I was just missed out on the 75 final but was there at Wembley in 1980 and still have the program, happy days

    Although we are only in 15th position, isn't it a lovely sight to see Mancs and Spuds in a lower position. Let's hope it finishes that way, if only for the bragging rights. Two son-in-laws are Spuds and the other son-in-law is a Manc

    I kitted out the babies in a 'proper' kit but each was changed. One grandaughter stiluck with me for a while, but that was more to annoying her dad 🤣🤣

    I could so easily have ended up a manc - born up there into a strong Man U family, my dad and uncles all used to go, but we moved south to Essex when I was just three and the rest is history - but it may explain why at times, especially European nights , I find myself rooting for them

    Chicago, similar for me, I was born in Stockport and my mum actually shared a Taxi with Duncan Edwards and Nobby Styles! We moved to Essex when I was 6 months old, so I didn’t have great say in it, but West Ham have always been the team I follow, 1963 is my earliest memory of doing so!

    Fab has just done one, he was very emotional.

    All three are legends in my eyes; 5-11 years of service & a European trophy. Superb service & fantastic professionals that embody West Ham.
