  • Brentford not giving up on this - getting back on top, need to make the most of it
  • I'd take a draw as is...but a Brentford comeback would be rather nice.....
  • Not sure how Brentford are where they are based on this showing
  • That's a sucker punch for our players
  • Yeah does take some gloss off the win & I think that shows how much a long shot it is we stay up, so much to do
  • That is unfortunate - to be fair Brentford have dominated the majority of the game, just have not showed the quality needed in the final third

If Leeds lose tomorrow, come on Moyes!....that's 2 teams 5 points away, it wasn't the result we wanted today, but we gotta concentrate on our own results.

There's still 15 games to play for most teams......

Brentford were really toothless IMO, just wasn't their day & up against a well drilled Dyche defensive away performance....
  • Yes but it will be a huge kick in the teeth if Leeds win tomorrow given we have Chelsea away next
  • Trying to remain positive.....
  • Look at it the other way. If we lost yesterday we'd be 8 points behind. Simple.
  • Better to go down fighting for the last available point rather than get washed away.

It's not beyond impossible that an extra team or two will get dragged in. Spurs, Palace and Leeds are 8 and 5 points ahead with 45 points still to play for.
  • Forest have Palace,Leeds,And Wolves in there next 3 games
  • I never really felt Forest would go, too many good players plus Dyche

Leeds are the ones & we just have to hope their form is a flash

Palace are a ‘maybe’, purely due to Glasner going through the motions & them losing their captain

We can’t expect all four teams to lose there so do we want Forest to win them all?

Gooners down 2 - 3, tremendous strike from Cunha, 3 minutes after Arsenal had equalised.
  • Palace may have issues as Guehi leaving is huge, they have lost their Captain and the core of their defence, whilst the manager has made his leaving clear. I imagine all attention will go into their Conference campaign and it may just see them fall into a relegation fight they thought they were clear of.
  • It just keeps getting worse, Leeds take the lead.
  • And to be fair they look very good, not a side going down that’s for sure
  • They should be two up, Everton look very vulnerable at the back
  • Come on David, get them to pull their socks up. You do want to help us stay up don’t you?
  • How are Everton on 32 points?
  • I’m watching two games simultaneously. In one Everton are playing walking football and in the other Leeds are playing normal football.
  • Everton equalise
  • Hurrah….i was just wondering if DM looks at Evertons corners and free kicks and thinks they are normal
  • Finished 1-1

So 2 points gained on Leeds, 2 on Spurs, 3 on Palace & 0 on Forest, 3 further clear of Wolves & 2 further clear of Burnley, not too bad overall

It felt like a loss after the Forest result but we did gain on everyone else so our efforts certainly didn't go to waste. I wont say I am expecting it but I wouldn't be surprised if we can get something from Chelsea as well.

I think any gameweek where you gain ground on most of those above you is a good outcome.

It was just a shame Forest won, a draw would’ve been fine. But other than them, it was pretty good.

Leeds do have Arsenal next & we all know about Spurs’ next 5 games looking tough.

We just need to keep it up.
  • Bournemouth fans to Wolves, giving the 'winning away' chant.

Wolves reply: it's only 1-0, how bad must you be...
