    I almost picked Nobes for HOTY and Reid for BIP, so tough on those.
    Payet will inevitably win HOTY but I personally don't think he should. He is the best player at the club but not consistent enough in open play for HOTY in my book.

    How can anybody else be named Hoty seeing that Payet has every other goal on goal of the year? He is just so brilliant!

    And imho they have missed my personal save of the season. Adrian's penalty save v Everton which sparked that incredible comeback.

    Munich, as per my explanation, I don't personally think Payet has contributed consistently from open play, not to the degree of many others. He's undoubtedly the most talented player, but HOTY is more than just being great. I think many probably agree with that.

    I scored 2 free kicks in a match when it was 1-1 for us to win 3-1 once and I rightfully didn't get man of the match because I didn't contribute anything else! It's not all about the goals.

    I voted for Antonio because i think his attitude + consistency has been brilliant. Payet will win the award, but id love to see Antonio get runner up.

    I'm thinking of Antonio for Signing of the Season - whereas Payet was already established in the top flight and an international (so it was perhaps a bit of a no-brainer to buy him) - Antonio has really made the step up and had to play at RB too, and is younger so will I think contribute more over a longer period.

    I suppose it all depends on what criteria we personally choose to apply. ;hmm

    This was as difficult a choice as I've faced in a long time. How could Ginge not win HOTY? Because there was, at least, half a dozen players (probably more) on an equal level, that's why.

    Mainly I employed an egalitarian approach; Antonio as my Hammer of the Year (that surprised me) , Payet as best signing. That of kind of thing.

    If I had my way we'd scrap these awards, just for this season, and have one really big podium for every single player that has turned out for us during this most memorable of seasons.

    Heavy on Payet but he really taken the team up a level ,our players play better with him in the team , he is our top scorer and on average scores or assists a goal every game ;goal

    HOTY - Aaron William Cresswell

    During the Watford game it struck me just how much ground Cresswell covers bombing up and down the pitch, he makes himself an option so many times during the game, does not always get the ball, but creates space by his run.

    His delivery is quality and as shown against Leicester - he has a good shot on him as well.

    Am amazed that he has not made the national team

    Amongst a quality team and a great season, I think he just about gets the nod for HOTY from me.

    A few years this would be asked and everyone would have gone "well it's Parker or ummm, well, ummm, it's Parker." This season, we've had one of the finest players ever to grace our turf and yet, it's not even nailed on. While he will likely win, fans are split between 6 or 7 players. It's just fantastic.
